Location
The accommodation is located 3 km from the centre of Barcelona and a couple of minutes' drive from Casa Batllo. Diagonal is within a 25-minute walk of the hotel. It also takes up to 15 minutes to walk to Barcelona FCs Camp Nou Stadium.
A walk to the nearest tube station, Les Corts, will take you 10 minutes' walk.

The hotel was quite tidy and comfortable and well located, close to bus stations and tram station

Great bed and HELPFUL staff. L'illa diagonal was around the corner. For evening drinks visit el Tap, it is located within 5 minutes by foot.

The hotel was very modern and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean with very trendy design.. There was a major shopping mall next door, which was very convenient. Also, the hotel provided 15 minutes free internet access, which was nice for printing the airline boarding pass.
It was not very close to the metro station. Also, we booked 5 rooms and was requested to have at least one room available upon our ealier arrival at 11 am. However, no single room was available until 2:30 pm. The reception staff was not that eager to help us with the request.

Shopping mall across the hotel. Lots of eatcafes and sushibar right next to the hotel. Also very cheap. Small park next to the hotel. Clean and spacious room. Not too expensive. Bathtub in the bathroom. Staff was friendly.
Expensive breakfast. About 1km from nearest metrostation (Les Corts). Lots of people in the park and in the cafés near the park at night during the weekends. When we left the window open, it was quite noisy.

I do not think it fair that hotel guests are required to pay 12 Euros to access the pool and spa. Also WiFI is only free in the hotel lobby. If you would like to have wifi in the room there is a charge of 10,60 Euros per day or 5 Euros per hour!

Pool on rooftop could possibly have been heated. This is a marginal comment.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Outdoor swimming pool was also nice and staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was fabulous!
Only thing was little disappointment, was gym. It opens not until 10 am, it was extremely small and next to spa, so it was really hot and noisy.

Quality of food (breakfasts); and the spa. Also, the room had all the facilities and equipment that one could expect.
- Customer care could be improved (had to tell them three times that we wanted a smoker's room; the room was two single beds despite we asked for a double bed). - The swimming pool (and the ground around it) is really small.

New hotel with parking. Excellent facilities. Much better than average Florence hotels (many do not deserve their star rating). Good value for money.
Need to walk 20min to get to the city center.
